The Scale Diagnosis: a full scale analysis of one real organization you belong to. Its size against the enforcement threshold, the mechanisms that enforce cooperation inside it, the weakest layer of its cooperation stack, the failure it is most likely to suffer, and the minimum repair that would hold.
